Man describes living with AIDS in Evansville

Bud Shipley never expected to live this long.

He was diagnosed with HIV in 1987, at age 33, and has lived almost half his life with the virus. A diagnosis of pneumocystis pneumonia at the same time meant he’d skipped the first two stages of HIV, straight to AIDS, though his health has improved since. Read more
